Terms and conditions

  • If paying via invoice, course fee must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice, or no less than 10 workings days before the commencement of the course.

  • If paying via our online payment facility, course fees must be received no less than 15 working days before day 1 of the course (unless otherwise explicitly agreed with Penspen).

  • Should payment not be received in line with the payment terms above, course may be subject to cancellation, at the discretion of Penspen.

Cancellations made by the client are eligible for a refund of fees, paid in accordance with the following schedule:

  • 10 calendar days or less = 0%

  • 30 calendar days or less = 25%

  • 45 calendar days or less = 50%

  • 46+ calendar days or more = 100%

  • All prices quoted are based on a minimum of five (5) delegates required to run the course. Courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient participants to make a course viable. If Penspen cancel the course, the client will receive a full refund; or the option to transfer the delegate to an alternative date.

  • Penspen expect all delegates to behave safely, reasonably and responsibly. Any abusive or unsafe behaviour will result in the responsible delegate(s) being removed from the course. In the unlikely event of removal, course fees are non-refundable. If any property is damaged as a result of delegate behaviour, the repair (if possible) or replacement cost will be the responsibility of the client, at cost plus ten percent (10%) administrative fee

  • Upon placing an order for services described, client acknowledges that the terms stated above take precedence over any received later via Purchase Order

  • The Early bird offer is only available for specified courses. This rate is subject to full payment being received more than 3 months prior to the commencement date of the specified training course.
